Cancellation Policy

1. Customers can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process by contacting Just Nuts customer support.
2. After submitting the cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the registered e-mail address.
3. Once the order is canceled we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
4. In the case of a COD order, no refund shall be applied.
5. Refund timelines will depend on the payment method used for placing the order.
6. If the order has shipped customer has to follow the return policy.
