- We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on Just Nuts within 7 days of delivery of the order.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The customer has to contact Just Nuts for a Returns Authorization Number. This will help us to track returns and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.
- All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.
- If the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before or after accepting delivery of the goods, the customer has to call our Customer Care +91-7046300076 or drop in an email at hello@justnuts.co, mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made at the earliest.
- If you have paid for the order using a bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7-10 working days (Depending on the payment method used for the order) from the date, after the products clear the quality check process.
- If you have paid for the order using Gift Card, then the amount gets refunded to your Gift Card account balance within 5-10 business days from the date of product clearing quality check.
