Returns Policy

At Yarra Fine Foods, we pride ourselves on the quality of our gourmet products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
  • Perishable items (such as fresh, chilled, or frozen food) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to food safety regulations.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if the product you receive:

  • Is damaged or spoiled on arrival,
  • Is not as described, or
  • Has a manufacturing fault.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number,
  • A description of the issue, and
  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item(s).
3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email orders@yarrafinefoods.com.au with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
